Bargains!

I think I drove around Houston for 8 hours today. AHHH!

I priced granite, ...still not commited to a company.. unsuccessful there.

Then I went and picked up this little deal.

This, my friends, is my $25 bargain from Craigslist.

I LOVE it.  The previous owner warned me that it needed to be refinished,

but I like the worn look, and it is very sturdy.

I have BIG plans for that wall.  Since we have the tiniest of entry ways, I'm turning this wall into our "landing."  Stay tuned to find out what those plans are.  :)

These are my other finds, which all came from IKEA.

I know the colors aren't too clear.. The big pillow is a 26x26 with a graphic black and white print.  The smaller pillow is actually a spring green, charcoal gray, and lighter gray stripe, and came in a pack with this pillow..

Same spring green and same gray.  SO Pretty.

I also picked up two large gray wicker baskets, which I'd planned to slide under my new bench, but they won't fit.   I love them, so I don't want to return them to the store..  I'll find some use, I'm sure.

And finally, I picked up this little darling, for 50% off.

The glass is cracked, but I don't care... only $12.40 and I have big plans for it too!  I'll post pictures as soon as I'm done with it.
